How Do I Order from CTOOM?
1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
2. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart” to add the item to your cart or click “Buy Now” to Checkout with the selected item.
3. If you clicked “Add to Cart”, head to your cart and from there click “Proceed To Checkout”. If you clicked “Buy Now”, you are now in the Checkout page.
4. In the Checkout page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click “Continue to Shipping Method”.
5. If there are multiple different shipping methods available, choose the one you would like. Most likely there is only “Free Worldwide Shipping” available. Click “Continue to payment method”.
6. Decide if you’d like to use PayPal or Credit Card to complete the payment. If you use credit card, fill in your credit card information and click “Complete order” to finish the transaction. If you use PayPal, choose PayPal and click “Complete order” to pay safe in PayPal. Finish the payment in Paypal. After this, you’ll be redirected back to our store and you have finished the order.

How Do I Track My Order?
Use Track Order page to track your shipment! You will receive your Tracking Number usually within few days from your order. Check your email. Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org if you haven’t received your tracking number after 3 days.

Why Is My Tracking Number Not Updating?
Please notice that it’s normal for tracking number not to update all the time. There might be even 10 days while there isn’t any new information on the Track Order page.
Usually we don’t receive any data from the shipment carriers while the order is on the way from the origin country to the destination country. You’ll tracking number will be updated more frequently once the package is in it’s destination country.

I Got A Message Saying My Order Was Delivered. It Isn't. What's wrong?
Sometimes postal tracking services mark an order as delivered when it has reached your local post office, even though you have not yet received your package. In this case, please wait a few more days for your postal service to deliver the package to your home or contact your local post office as they may hold the item for you.
Where Do You Ship The Package To? Home, Post Office?
This depends on where you live and which product you order. The package will be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch or local post office with a notice left on your mailbox. Most orders will be available for a pickup from your local post office once you receive a notice letter by your mailbox. This also happens if the mailman has tried to deliver the package to your home but no one was there to accept it and it couldn’t be left anywhere safe.
How Long Does The Shipping Take?

How Can I Change The Address I Ordered To/The Product I ordered?
If this happens to you, email us at email@example.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can’t guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we’ll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use. Please note: if we can’t cancel the order, we won’t do a refund if you ordered your products to the wrong address.
My Package Is Stuck In Customs. What Can I do?
Customs, Postal Services & CTOOM are different entities, hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services and cannot be made responsible for the customs services in your country.
Payment of customs charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at the CTOO. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
If your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and asking them to release your items.
How Do I Return The Item/Get A Refund?
To give our customers the best possible experience in case of possible returns/refunds, we handle all the returns/refunds manually. Start your Return/Refund process by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the item. All products should be returned in original package and return delivery costs paid by the returner. Proof of original delivery and proof of postage should then be emailed to email@example.com in order to obtain the refund.

How Do I Use A Discount Code?
When you use the discount code, you should enter your code in the discount code box, which is located at the right side of the checkout page.
If you are placing the order on your mobile phone, the discount box is in the order summary.
You would have to activate the code by pressing the “apply” button next to the discount box after entering the discount code. You will see whether the code is successfully applied after the button is pressed.
What Is The Currency Of The Store? Can I Pay In Another Currency?
All prices will be shown in local currency depending on which country (GEO IP address) the customer is in for their convenience. However, when customer checks out, they will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.
